Tactile Textiles

Tactile Textiles July 5th to 25th August 2008. Textile Artists (individuals and groups) are invited to submit a piece of work for this exhibition which is aimed at the visually impaired, and also children. The exhibition intends to dispense with “Please do not touch” signs, hoping to provide a stimulating and exciting experience by enabling visitors to touch the exhibits.  Visit their web site to find out last dates for submitting (postal submissions by April 2008).
