These hand dyed silk fibres can be used by the spinner, silk paper maker or the feltmaker. The bright vibrant colours will add highlights to a project by blending with other fibres. Silk will not wet felt but can be used with felting needles to create embellishments or 3d objects. Place the silk fibres in layers between mesh sheeting and add a medium to create silk paper (view this page in the Fact File to find out more)
