Dyeing >> Reactive Dyes
Fibre reactive dyes have been formulated for use on cellulose fibres such as cotton, linen and viscose. They can be used for dyeing silk and wool although it is recommend to use Acid dyes for these fibres. Fibre reactive dyes are also known as Procion MX dyes and soda ash is used to set them in a cold water dye bath. The low dyeing temperature makes these dyes ideal for use in Batik work. Find
